A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I am working with associations for over 20 years, along the way I have consulted over 60 associations and managed more than 170 association congresses. Through my career I have filled almost every position in the association organizational chart and gained substantial hands-on experience in all aspect of the association’s work and specifically congresses and education. I climbed up the leader and in my last position, as an employee, I served as the Managing Director of Kenes UK.

For the past 7 years, I am working as a consultant and an independent congress manager for some of largest association in Europe. I am supporting Medical Associations that organise their congress in-house or wish to take more ownership on their key activities while reaching their goals for growth, profit, education and high level of service.

WHO AM I WORKING WITH AND HOW I AM HELPING?

As a consultant I led long processes of change with associations that wish to manage their congress in house, such as the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL), the European Academy of Neurology (EAN), the European Pain Federation (EFIC), and the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS). For some of these associations I am still working as their inhouse congress manager. I am also supporting associations with ad hock consultancy and projects in areas of building community, valuable membership programmes, online education and transition to virtual and hybrid congress models

HOW DO I DO THAT

I work like a bespoke tailor; learning the association, its audience, the opportunities, goals, what other associations in the landscape are developing and custom fit my services to the association.

My goal is to best answer the needs of your audience while expanding your market share and strengthening your association brand. I work with a few budget scenarios, hedging the risks and maximizing your financial outcome in an uncertain landscape.

Ms. Caspi has a lot of knowledge and experience and a strong financial and operational expertise, she understands the association's challenges, has a wide view of the associations' world. She is a strategic thinker and always plans a few steps ahead.
Based on our mutual work, I fully recommend her services.
